Our customized training is tailored to your goals. Whether its Running, Swimming, Cycling or all three, our Online Coaching with Dave, is a bespoke adjustable one-on-one program with one of our Head Wingman Coaches.



Your Online Coaching plan
We provide guidance and regular feedback to avoid “junk miles” and ineffective training which defies the purpose of working out.
We are ready to make a difference and help you achieve your Personal Best.

We’ve been in your shoes! Our coaches know what you are going through and have years of experience in getting you to the start line in the best shape ever.
Our coaches can be Drill Sergeants, Hand holders or Cheerleaders, whatever method will work best for you.

Are you the ideal athlete for this plan?
- 5:15 to 5:30 hrs of training per week
- 2 swims, 3 rides and 2-3 runs per week
- Plus 1 or 2 strength sessions and 1 day off
- The 3rd week is active recovery
- Workouts measured in duration to avoid under/over training
- There is a fitness test at the start of your plan
- Train using HR, Feel, Power or Pace
- Workouts compatible with Garmin, Zwift and many more devices
