Dave is the Head Coach and Co-Founder of Wingman Multisport with a firm conviction that coaching is not only an art, but also a science. Dave combines his years of coaching experience with the latest technology to ensure that each athlete trains on a programme that is most aptly suited to both their physical condition, their personal goals and their lifestyle.

Dave’s dedication and skill in coaching is clearly highlighted by the regularity of his athletes on the podium. He has coached multiple athletes to qualify for Ironman World Champs in Kona (Hawaii) and even more from couch to finish line.

Dave attended Training Peaks University in Boulder, Colorado, USA and is a leader in South Africa on the use of the software for performance enhancement. As a full-time coach Dave combines his passion for people and all things active to take you to the next level in the sport you love.
